This is a private home within a residential development, so productions must remain considerate of neighbours. No parties, amplified music or excessive noise. The maximum crew size is 10 people unless otherwise agreed in advance. Setup, lighting, breakdown and collection must all take place within the booked hours. Overtime will be charged at the standard hourly rate. Furniture, artwork and decorative objects may only be moved with prior permission and must be returned to their original positions. Protective coverings must be used beneath heavy equipment, stands and cases. No smoking, vaping, naked flames, smoke machines, haze, drilling, painting or adhesives without written approval. Food and drink must be kept away from furniture, rugs and artwork unless being used as part of the agreed shoot. Productions may be asked to provide evidence of public liability insurance. Additional cleaning, breakages or damage will be charged separately. Loading, parking and any unusual equipment requirements must be agreed before arrival.
