Creative Modifications & DIY: All painting and DIY projects must be approved in advance. Depending on the nature of the work, you may be required to remove set builds or return walls to their original state/colour before the end of the booking. Footwear Policy: While we are a renovation site, we ask that dirty or muddy outdoor footwear be removed or covered with shoe protectors. Smoking & Vaping: This is a non-smoking and non-vaping property. This applies to all indoor areas at all times. Noise & Neighbours: To minimize disruption to our neighbours, please keep all windows and doors closed during filming and photography. Waste Management: All production waste must be removed from the site at the end of the shoot. Wrap Time & Overtime: Shoots must wrap by the agreed time. Overtime is charged at the standard hourly rate as per Scouty’s terms.
