Fire Safety In case of fire, evacuate immediately using the nearest exit. Fire extinguishers are located at [Specify Locations]. Do not use elevators during a fire evacuation. Call emergency services at 999 once safe. First Aid First aid kits are available in the communal Kitchen below the Coffee Maker. In case of serious injury, call emergency services immediately. Electrical Hazards Do not overload power outlets. Report any damaged cables or exposed wires to the studio manager immediately. Studio Equipment Safety Lighting Equipment Ceiling-mounted lights are adjustable; handle with care when repositioning. Ensure lights are properly secured before use. Colourama (Backdrop) Usage Always roll up the Colourama when not in use to prevent tripping hazards. Do not place heavy objects against the backdrop to avoid damage. Furniture & Layout Keep walkways clear of furniture and equipment to ensure safe movement. Report any broken or unstable furniture to management. Please do not move furniture without checking in with our Studio Assistant. Stepladder Usage Use the provided stepladder for reaching elevated equipment. Ensure the stepladder is fully extended and stable before use. Do not exceed the weight capacity of the stepladder. Cables & Wiring If cables need to be moved, they must be routed safely out of walkways and taped down with gaffer tape. All cables must be returned to their original position at the end of the session. General Safety Measures Fire Exits: Keep all fire exits unobstructed at all times. Trip Hazards: Secure cables and rugs to prevent tripping. Ventilation: Ensure adequate ventilation when using equipment that generates heat or fumes. Housekeeping: Keep the space clean and organized to maintain a safe working environment. Rental Agreement Terms Usage Rules The studio is to be used only for creative and production purposes. Noise levels must be kept at a reasonable volume, respecting others in the building. All equipment must be used responsibly and according to provided guidelines. Payment Terms Full payment must be made in advance to confirm a booking. Additional charges may apply for overtime usage beyond the agreed rental period. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 50% charge. No-shows or within 24 cancellations are non-refundable. Start time of booking Liability & Responsibility Renters are responsible for any damage to the studio space or equipment during their booking. Something Something Studios is not liable for personal injury, loss of property, or equipment damage. Any hazards, broken equipment, or unsafe conditions must be reported immediately.
