- The space is to be used for filming, photography and content production only. - All bookings must include setup and pack-down time within the agreed hours. Overtime will be charged accordingly. - The studio must be left in the same condition it was found. All furniture, props and equipment must be returned to their original positions. - General waste must be bagged and disposed of in the designated area. - Additional cleaning fees may apply if the space is left excessively dirty. - Please inform us in advance of crew size, equipment and any specific production requirements. - Larger productions may require an on-site studio assistant, which will be charged separately. - No smoking is permitted inside the premises. - Noise levels must be kept at a reasonable level at all times. - Any damages to the space or equipment must be reported and will be chargeable. - Access times must be strictly adhered to. Early access or late finishes must be agreed in advance and may incur additional charges.
