- No shoes inside the house. We have a beautiful Dinesen douglas fir floor which is very sensitive to all marks and dents easily. Slippers are provided by the front door for your use. - Please be respectful of our furniture collection and ensure that no food or drinks are consumed in the living room area only the kitchen - This is a strict non-smoking premises. - The rooms on the top floor (except the open laundry room) are closed for storage and are out of limits. - Some cupboards are locked so please do not force them open. - A £500 refundable deposit is required and returned after the shoot
