No House Rules - No smoking or vaping inside location - Please protect floors from equipment and props with Correx - No abrasive solutions on the quartzite in the kitchen or utility room, any spillages or alcohol spills need to be wiped up. - Nothing abrasive on the surfaces in all bathrooms and downstairs loo as these surfaces are marble and will stain and mark. - Please keep all food and drink to the kitchen/dine area - Clear up animal mess - Bins by the sheds, please put all rubbish/recycling/green waste in the correct bins No smoking, vaping, alcohol or drugs in houses, gardens and pools Eating and drinking in designated areas only No glass in and around pools plastic or disposable cups and plates only Shoes off inside locations, or shoe protection used Smoke and haze may be used with agreement - Please ask to move furniture, art or furnishings - All rubbish to be removed at the end of the hire, dealing with leftover rubbish will be subject to a £50 charge per bag. - Tennis balls on base of equipment to prevent floor scratching -protect carpets with correx or carpet protector. - Please repair any damage to the walls or stains on carpets - Fragile glass sliders separating the kitchen and lounge. These large doors are single glazed and fragile. They can be used but could smash if not used carefully, please be aware. Please ensure that the Production Manager is available at the end of the hire to allow the Location Owner or Property Representative to sign off the put back of the location. This is also an opportunity for any damages to be highlighted. Please remember to tidy up after yourselves & ensure that the location is left how it was found at the beginning of your hire. Price quoted is 0800-1800 (10 hours) with crew size of 15 people. Hours outside 0800-1800 will be charged at 1.5 the pro-rata rate. People over 15 people will be charged at £25pp. Overnight storage charged at: £150 Please provide details of dates, hours, number of people and areas required for shoot and production, plus name of artist for music videos. Corporate, press, business, product launch and PR events very welcome, locations are not available to rent for private parties. Pricing: Price shown per hour is for a 6 hour minimum booking period, and assumes weekday bookings (Mon-Fri), standard hours (between 8am – 6pm) with maximum 15 people. Hire time includes first person arrival to last person leaving · If overtime may be required please state up front - Increases in number of people from that booked will be subject to £25pp Hours before 0800 and after 18.00 and weekend shoots charged at 1.5 the hourly rate. Please notify: pets, children (under 18), allergies, exclusive access, other non-standard requests filming or equipment outside front of properties · Hirer must have adequate damage and public liability insurance Absolutely no glamour/boudoir/nudity, adult content. PLEASE NOTE AN ADDITIONAL £100 post shoot cleaning fee is added to every shoot in addition to the hire.
