This rental is for use of the main room only. If you would like to film in additional rooms (bathroom, workshop room), you must pay an additional fee. No smoking inside. Furniture can be moved but must be returned to its original location at the end of the shooting time. We will not approve events with high amounts of noise due to its location in a residential area.
