Arts District Loft

• Booking party is responsible for all guests and crew • Access is limited to booked time only, including setup and breakdown • Overtime will be billed according to platform rates • No smoking, vaping, or open flames inside the loft • Alcohol only with prior approval and in compliance with local rules • Keep noise reasonable, no excessive bass or amplified sound without approval • Furniture and props may be moved but must be returned to original placement • Do not drill, nail, tape, or attach anything to walls, floors, ceilings, or brick • Protect floors and surfaces when moving gear or equipment • Mezzanine is for light use only, no jumping, running, or overcrowding • Kitchen is for light use only, no open flame cooking • Use designated load-in routes and keep hallways clear • Follow posted parking rules, do not block access points • No pets or animals without prior approval • Leave the space as you found it, excess mess may incur cleaning fees • Damage, violations, or unapproved use may result in additional charges or termination of booking
