Authentic American Diner with Vintage Neon, Coke Truck & Gas Station Set

Filming and photoshoots are welcome by prior agreement. The venue is a working diner and family attraction, so filming may need to take place outside of normal opening hours or with partial access depending on the production requirements. All equipment, props, and temporary set dressing must be approved in advance and must not damage the property or vintage items on display. The venue contains an extensive collection of authentic Americana signage and historic pieces which must be handled with care and may not be moved without permission. Crew vehicles must use designated parking areas. Access for equipment and loading can be arranged with advance notice. Food, drink, and catering can be arranged through Billy Bob’s if required. The production company is responsible for leaving the space in the same condition as it was found. Any damages must be reported immediately. Public liability insurance may be required depending on the nature of the production.
