Authentic Industrial New York Style Loft with Exposed Brick, Timber Beams and Private Courtyard

Crews must respect the building, neighboring residents, and all common areas at all times. The loft is located in a residential building and productions must operate in a professional and respectful manner. Furniture may be moved for filming but must be returned to its original placement before wrap. Any items moved or adjusted during the production must be restored to their original condition. Common areas such as the courtyard are not accessible unless they are specifically approved as part of the production. Cast, crew, and guests should remain inside the loft unless courtyard access has been coordinated in advance. Smoking is not permitted inside the loft. Smoking may be allowed in designated exterior areas such as the carriage way if coordinated ahead of time. Animals used in productions are permitted but must be supervised by their handlers at all times. Pets are not allowed on furniture. All productions must carry general liability insurance and provide a certificate of insurance prior to filming. Equipment load in and load out must be coordinated in advance. The carriage way may be used for equipment access when arranged beforehand. Noise levels must remain respectful to neighboring residents. The building observes a local noise ordinance beginning at 10:00 PM. Crew size must match the number approved at the time of booking. Any increase in cast or crew must be approved in advance. No permanent alterations to the space are permitted. Any set design elements, decorations, or temporary installations must be approved in advance. Tape, adhesives, nails, screws, or materials that could damage walls, floors, brick, or furniture may not be used without permission. Owner lives on the property and is available to assist with access, coordination, and production logistics if needed.
