**Creative Legion — Photo Shoot House Rules** **Access & Scheduling** - Booking window includes setup and breakdown time - No early access before your confirmed start time - Overtime is billed at an hourly rate **The Space** - No adhesives, tape, nails, or mounting hardware on walls — this is an active gallery space - No moving furniture, art, or fixtures without prior approval - No open flames, fog machines, or smoke effects without approval - Leave the space as you found it; excessive cleaning is billed back **People** - All crew and talent must be accompanied by the booking contact - No minors on set without a guardian present **Equipment & Liability** - A certificate of insurance (COI) naming Creative Legion as additionally insured is required for all commercial shoots - Renters are responsible for their own equipment; Creative Legion is not liable for loss or damage - No indoor drone use **Content & Credit** - When Creative Legion appears in published content, we ask that you tag or credit us — it's a small ask that goes a long way - Content that conflicts with the venue's brand or values is not permitted **Alcohol** - No outside alcohol without prior approval - Café service is available through the venue
