1. Space Limitation: Your booking is restricted to the specific office or space you reserve. Use of other offices or spaces is not permitted unless discussed in advance. Additional rooms may be available for equipment storage or changing rooms, subject to prior arrangement and potential extra fees. 2. Layout and Design: You are not permitted to remove, move, or alter the layout or design or any fixture and furniture, including but not limited to, desks, computers, cupboards, kitchenware etc of the offices without prior discussion and agreement before your booking begins. 3. Cleanliness: It is mandatory to maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the booked spaces at all times, ensuring no food or equipment is left behind. 4. Electronic Devices: You must not unplug or switch off any electronic devices belonging to the premises without prior discussion and agreement. 5. Post-Usage Responsibilities: You are responsible for cleaning the space and returning everything to its original condition before leaving the premises. 6. Care of Property: Handle and move your equipment with care to avoid damaging the property. Additional fees may apply if any damages occur. 7. Booking Time: Your booking must adhere strictly to the specified hours. Promptly vacate the premises at the end of your booking time. Allocate sufficient time to pack your equipment, as you will be required to leave once your time is up. 8. Respect for Others: Be mindful of other people working in adjacent offices. Discuss your requirements in advance to prevent any inconvenience or confusion. 9. Toilet and Kitchen Facility: Please ensure that the toilet and kitchen facilities are kept clean and tidy at all times. It is essential that all staff and crew understand and follow this rule throughout the duration of your booking. Maintaining cleanliness in these areas is a shared responsibility. 10. Our Rights to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel the booking either before the booking starts or anytime during the booking. We do not cancel any booking unless there is a justifiable reason behind it, such as not adhering to these rules or engaging in antisocial behaviour. We have zero tolerance policy against bad behaviours (in such instances, your money may be refunded). 11. Communal Areas: This is a working office. Therefore, there might be other people using the communal areas such as the kitchen, bathroom, or other places. Please respect other people in the building. If you wish to have exclusive access to the entire area, you should discuss this in advance and prior to your booking. 12. Strict Space Use Policy: You are strictly required to use only the space that you booked and not any other spaces in our office. Please note that this is a working office and our staff are working and using the other spaces. 13. Extra Space Requirement: If you need extra space for your equipment, a changing room, or for any other purpose, you must discuss it with us in advance. An additional fee may apply, which is payable in advance. 14. Prohibition on Use of Electronics: Using our electronic devices is strictly prohibited, and you must not use them under any circumstances. 15. Adjustment to Environment: Please adjust yourself to the environment so our staff can commute easily. Do not restrict or obstruct movement under any circumstances. 16. Parking Availability: Parking is available at an additional cost. Please discuss this with us in advance.
