House Rules for Movie Filming Welcome to our home! To ensure a smooth and respectful filming experience, please follow these guidelines: Booking & Setup: All filming activities must adhere to the agreed schedule, including setup and teardown times. Any changes to the schedule must be communicated and approved in advance. Respect the Property: Handle all furniture, fixtures, and appliances with care. No permanent alterations (e.g., painting, drilling, or construction) are allowed unless approved beforehand. Protect flooring and surfaces with mats or coverings where heavy equipment is placed. Restricted Areas: Certain areas of the home may be off-limits; these will be communicated during the walkthrough. Cleanliness: The property must be returned to its original condition. Remove all trash, props, and equipment at the end of the shoot. Noise & Community: Keep noise levels reasonable to respect the neighbors in our mountain community. Parking must comply with local regulations, and crew vehicles should not block driveways or access points. Crew Size & Safety: The number of people on-site should not exceed the agreed limit. Ensure all crew members follow safety protocols and avoid damage to the property. Insurance & Liability: Productions must provide proof of insurance prior to the shoot. Any damage to the property will be the responsibility of the production company to repair or reimburse. Food & Beverage: Designate specific areas for food and drink to avoid spills and stains. No alcohol or smoking is allowed on the premises. Natural Features: Outdoor areas, including landscaping and mountain views, are to be treated with respect. No digging, cutting, or permanent modifications are permitted. Emergencies: Contact the homeowner immediately if any issue arises during the shoot.
