Setup and get-out time must be within your booking hours. Overtime is charged per full hour. Please leave the studio as you found it: furniture and kit back in place, rubbish bagged. No smoking in the building. No smoke or haze machines. No gaffer tape on the floor. Paper tape will be provided at no extra cost. Paint, water and messy sets by arrangement only. Colorama paper is charged at £10 per metre used. The studio is not soundproof. Overground trains pass regularly, so plan any sound recording around them. They aren't loud but you do hear a faint sound. The curtains reduce daylight but are not full blackout. The swing is used at your own risk. Any damage to walls, floor or kit will be charged.
