Welcome To Illimitable Spaces HOUSE RULES & INFO: 1. Set up & pack down time must be with your hire time. 2. Clients must leave the studio in the condition they found it. 3. Cleaning fees will be applied for any excessive or unwarranted mess. 4. No smoke bombs or smoke machines 5. If you require extra studio time please let a member of staff know at least 15mins before the end of your hire. 6. Extra time must be paid for in advance 7. If your hire goes over by 5mins or more you will be billed for an additional hour. 8. No Smoking 9. Cancellations/Refunds can be made up to 7 days prior to bookings and can be rescheduled up to 72 hours prior to bookings. (Reschedule must be within 30 days of originally booked time) 10. When hiring cameras or podcast equipment SD cards are not included (you will need to bring your own SD cards for all the relevant equipment) 11. Renters of equipment must ensure their familiarity with rented equipment from Illimitable, as specialized assistance may be unavailable. We recommend reviewing instructional resources such as YouTube tutorials for camera or audio equipment operation. Illimitable assumes no responsibility for improper use of the equipment. 12. If you need to book extra hours less than 24 hours in advance of hire the price is £35 PER HOUR for STUDIO HIRE/MEETING ROOM HIRE and £45 PER HOUR for EVENTS HIRE. Between Midnight - 6am extra hours for STUDIO HIRE/MEETING ROOM is £40 PER HOUR and for EVENTS HIRE is £70 PER HOUR. 13. No parties are allowed in the space.
