• No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the property. • No parties or events without prior agreement. • Maximum number of attendees as agreed at booking. • Furniture and décor may be moved carefully but must be returned to their original position before departure. • Please use protective coverings when bringing equipment that could damage floors or surfaces. • No open flames, candles, smoke machines, glitter, confetti, or substances that may stain or damage the property without prior approval. • Food and drink are permitted but guests are responsible for leaving the space clean and tidy. • Please respect neighbouring properties and keep noise to a minimum. • Children must be supervised at all times. • Pets are only permitted with prior approval. Booking Terms • Access is limited to the areas agreed at the time of booking. • Setup and pack-down time must be included within the booking period. • Any damage caused during the booking must be reported immediately and may be chargeable. • The property owner accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings or equipment. • Commercial filming, photography, and content creation are permitted only for the purposes agreed upon during booking. • Overtime may be charged if the booking exceeds the agreed hire period. • The space must be left in the same condition in which it was found. Cancellation Policy • Free cancellation up to 7 days before the booking. • 50% refund for cancellations made within 7 days. • No refund for cancellations within 48 hours of the booking unless otherwise agreed. Additional Information • Standard UK power outlets (230V). • Wi-Fi available on request. • Free on-street parking available nearby. • Owners may be present elsewhere in the property during the booking unless exclusive use has been agreed.
