🏡 House Rules 1. Respect the Space: Treat the atelier with care — it’s an active creative studio filled with art and energy. 2. No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is only allowed outside in the designated area. 3. No Pets: To preserve artworks and materials, pets are not allowed inside. 4. Max Capacity: 20 People: Please do not exceed this limit for safety and comfort. 5. Leave No Trace: Clean up after yourself. The space should be left in the same condition you found it. 6. Sound Levels: Music and sound are welcome, but please respect Berlin’s quiet hours (especially after 10 PM). 7. No Glitter, Confetti, or Smoke Machines unless previously approved. 8. No Unauthorized Art-Making: Please don’t paint, glue, or alter walls or furniture unless agreed in advance. ⸻ 📄 Additional Terms • Booking Duration: Includes setup and takedown time. • Deposit: A refundable security deposit may be required for certain bookings. • Damage Policy: Any damages to artworks, furniture, or the space will be assessed and deducted from the deposit or billed. • Insurance: Guests are responsible for their own equipment and insurance if needed. • Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking may be non-refundable. • Collaboration & Tagging: If using the space for public creative content, please tag @carolinaamayastudio or credit the space appropriately.
