House Rules No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the property. No candles, incense or naked flames — the living room fireplace is decorative only and must not be lit. Please keep noise to a considerate level throughout, as this is a quiet residential street with neighbours on both sides. Outdoor footwear should be removed or covered before crew walk on the sisal flooring, carpets and rugs. Please treat furniture, artwork and books with care, as many pieces are antique, vintage or one-of-a-kind. All furniture and props must be returned to their original position and room at the end of the shoot. Please leave the house and garden as found — clean and tidy, with no rubbish left on the street or doorstep. Additional Terms Crew size must be confirmed in advance; any increase on the day requires prior approval. All access, setup and wrap times are to be agreed before booking is confirmed. Any damage or breakages must be reported immediately and will be charged for repair or replacement. The garden shed may be used for secure overnight storage of a limited amount of kit, by prior arrangement only — it is not available for larger equipment or extended storage. On-street pay-and-display parking bays are available within a 10–100m walk of the property. A refundable security deposit of £[amount TBD] is required to secure the booking, returned in full once the property is confirmed left as found.
