Production insurance is required. Furniture and the shuffleboard table may only be moved with prior agreement and must be returned to their original positions. Floors, walls, artwork and furnishings must be protected from equipment. No smoking, smoke effects, naked flames or alterations without written approval. Crew size, filming hours, equipment access and any overnight storage must be agreed before booking. Additional cleaning, damage and overtime charges may apply.
