Concrete Music Space with Persian Rugs & Sound System

Bookings run between 8am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Get-in and get-out must happen within your booked time, and the space must be clear by 5.30pm. Shoes off on the Persian rugs, please. Crew walkways can be protected with runners. Please return the room to its original layout. We’ll send a reference photo before your booking. The sound system is operated by us or with our agreement, and kept at agreed volumes, as there is a working studio next door. No smoking, open flames, haze or confetti without prior agreement. Furniture and rugs can be moved with care. Please ask before moving the sound system. Toilets are upstairs; the main room is step-free. Any damage must be reported before you leave.
