House Rules for Filming & Photography 1. Respect the Space Please treat the apartment and its furnishings with care. Any damage or breakages must be reported immediately. 2. Access & Areas Only agreed-upon areas are to be used for filming/shooting. No access to private storage cupboards or bedrooms (unless prior permission has been granted). 3. Furniture & Décor Furniture and décor may be moved (upon agreement) with care but must be returned to their original position before departure. Wall fixtures, artwork, and light fittings should not be removed or altered. 4. Protective Measures Please use protective floor coverings and equipment mats where heavy gear is set up. No food or drink on soft furnishings without prior approval. 5. Noise & Neighbours Noise must be kept at a considerate level, especially in communal areas of the building. Crew and cast must not block hallways, stairwells, or entrances. 6. Smoking, Alcohol & Substances No smoking or vaping inside the apartment. No use of illegal substances is permitted on the premises. 7. Crew & Capacity Maximum crew size to be agreed in advance. The production company is responsible for ensuring all team members are aware of these house rules. 8. Waste & Clean-up All rubbish must be bagged and removed at the end of the shoot. The space should be left in the same condition it was found. 9. Timing Arrival, set-up, and pack-down must fall within the agreed hire times. Overtime may incur additional charges. 10. Liability & Insurance The hirer/production company must hold appropriate insurance for equipment, crew, and public liability. The apartment owners are not responsible for loss or damage to personal or production property. Any damage made by the client must be covered by them solely.
