1. Private Area: The master bedroom and its en-suite bathroom are strictly off-limits and must not be entered or used during bookings. 2. No Shoes Indoors: This is a shoes-off home. Please remove outdoor shoes upon entering. Clean indoor shoes or protective shoe covers may be worn for filming when necessary. 3. Respect the Furniture: Please handle all furniture, lighting and decorative objects with care. Any rearrangement must be agreed upon in advance, and everything must be returned to its original position after the shoot. 4. No Smoking: Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the apartment. 5. Food & Drinks: Please take extra care with food and drinks around furniture, rugs and upholstery. 6. Noise: Please keep noise at a reasonable level and respect our neighbours. 7. Cleanliness: The apartment must be left clean and tidy, in the same condition as it was found. 8. Equipment & Setup: Please discuss any large equipment, set construction or special production requirements in advance. 9. Damages: Any accidental damage must be reported to the host immediately. 10. Access: Only agreed areas of the apartment may be used during the booking.
