No smoking or vaping inside the property. Furniture and décor may be moved only with prior agreement and must be returned to their original position. Protective floor coverings must be used for heavy equipment where appropriate. No drilling, painting, fixing or adhesive application without prior permission. Food and drink to be kept to agreed areas. Crew numbers, parking requirements and filming hours must be agreed in advance. Any damage must be reported immediately and made good at the production’s expense. Access is limited to agreed filming areas only. Please be considerate of neighbours and keep external noise to a reasonable level.
