General Rules Recra Studio – Terms & Conditions Studio Hire Terms By booking and using Recra Studio, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. 1. Booking & Payment • Full payment for studio hire is required at the time of booking unless agreed otherwise in writing. • A refundable security deposit of £35 is required for every booking. • Bookings involving pets require a refundable £50 deposit. • Your booking is only confirmed once payment and deposit have been received. 2. Security Deposit The refundable deposit covers: • Overtime usage (30 minutes) • Excessive cleaning • light damage to furniture, props, equipment or studio décor • Breach of studio rules Deposits will be refunded within 24 hours following inspection of the studio, providing the space is left in its original condition. Recra Studio reserves the right to retain part or all of the deposit where damage, excessive mess or policy breaches occur. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling • Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking are non-refundable. • Failure to attend a booking without notice will result in full loss of payment. Where possible, we will always try to accommodate date changes. 4. Studio Access & Timing • Studio hire is strictly limited to the allocated booking time. • Clients must vacate the studio promptly at the end of their session. • Overtime may be charged where sessions exceed the booked time. • Continued use of the studio beyond the booking slot may result in loss of deposit. We allow limited turnaround time between bookings and appreciate your cooperation. 5. Use of the Studio Clients are welcome to: • Move furniture and props carefully • Use available backdrops and styling items • Create photography and video content within the space However: • Furniture must be lifted and not dragged • Items with wheels must be moved carefully • All furniture, props and décor must be returned to their original position before leaving • No nails, screws, tape or adhesives may be used on walls, floors or furniture without permission • Paper backdrops to be handled with care and plastic placed on top to protect the paper • Shoe covers must be worn at all times to protect our floors (These are provided) 6. Damage & Breakages Clients are responsible for any damage caused during their booking. Any accidents, spillages or breakages must be reported immediately. Damage charges may apply for: • Broken furniture or props • Marks or stains • Equipment damage • Excessive cleaning requirements Contact: 📞 07946 615729 📧 info@recra.co.uk 7. CCTV & Security CCTV operates throughout the studio premises for: • Client safety • Studio security • Equipment protection • Dispute resolution All footage is securely stored and automatically deleted within 14 days unless required for investigation purposes. Cameras are not located in private changing areas or toilets. 8. Cleanliness Clients are expected to leave the studio in a clean and respectful condition. Please: • Dispose of rubbish appropriately • Return furniture and props • Remove personal belongings before departure Additional cleaning fees may apply where necessary. 9. Food & Drink Food and drinks are permitted within the studio. Complimentary refreshments may be provided, including: • Water • Soft drinks Clients are responsible for ensuring food and drink do not damage furniture, fabrics or equipment. 10. Pets Well-behaved pets are welcome by prior agreement. Pet owners are fully responsible for: • Cleaning up after pets • Preventing damage to furniture and fabrics • Ensuring pets remain controlled throughout the booking An increased refundable deposit of £50 applies to pet bookings. 11. Liability Recra Studio accepts no responsibility for: • Loss, theft or damage to personal belongings • Injury sustained during studio use • Technical failures outside of our control • Interrupted bookings caused by unforeseen circumstances Clients use the studio at their own risk. 12. Children Children must be supervised at all times whilst within the studio. Parents or guardians remain fully responsible for their safety and behaviour. 13. Noise & Respect Please respect neighbouring businesses and other studio users. We reserve the right to end a booking immediately if behaviour is considered unsafe, abusive or inappropriate. 14. Parking Free parking is available via the studio QR code for up to 3 hours. Additional parking requirements should be discussed prior to the booking date. 15. Agreement By confirming a booking with Recra Studio, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
