Respect the Instrument: The Yamaha baby grand piano is regularly tuned and maintained. Please keep all food, drinks (except closed water bottles), and sharp items away from the piano at all times. Noise & Neighborhood: Since the studio is located in a residential garden, we ask that sound levels remain within the studio and that all guests respect our neighbors when entering and exiting the property. No loud outdoor noise or music after 9:00 PM. Capacity & Attendance: Only guests included in the original booking are allowed on the premises unless previously agreed upon. No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the studio or within the garden property. Alcohol is also prohibited.
