No Unauthorized Access – Only booked clients, approved crew and visitors may enter the premises. No indoor Smoking – It is against the law to smoke in a workplace. Smoking areas are available outside the venue. Arrive on Time – Setup and cleanup must be done within your booked hours. Overtime Policy – Exceeding scheduled time may incur additional fees. Handle Gear with Care – Only trained/authorised users may operate studio equipment. Report Damage Immediately – Accidents happen; let staff know right away. No Personal Modifications – Don’t tape, nail, or alter walls, floors, or gear without prior approval. Food & Drink Restrictions – Allowed only in designated areas (never near equipment). Keep It Clean – Leave the space as you found it. Refuse in bins and equipment returned. No Open Flames or Hazardous Materials – Unless pre-approved for a specific project. Security Cameras – The studio may be monitored for safety and protection. Zero Tolerance – Harassment, discrimination, or illegal activity will result in immediate removal.
