Please respect the cottages, their furnishings and our neighbours throughout your booking. • No smoking, parties, glitter, confetti, candles or open flames. • Crew size, equipment and intended use must be agreed before arrival. • Furniture may only be moved with prior permission and must be returned to its original position. • Please use protective coverings beneath equipment and take particular care with floors, walls and furnishings. • Nothing may be fixed, taped, nailed or attached to walls or surfaces without approval. • Children and animals must be agreed in advance and supervised at all times. • Noise must be kept to a reasonable level, particularly outdoors. • Please remove all equipment, rubbish and personal belongings and leave the location as found. • Any damage or breakages must be reported immediately. • Overtime must be agreed and will be charged accordingly.
