RULES: CLEANING FEE: £50 will be added to booking fee. We look forward to hosting your shoot. We want your production to run smoothly and for you to have an enjoyable shooting environment whilst still respecting the space. In order to help with this smooth running we ask you adhere to the below terms of hire and house rules, there are fees and charges in place should these terms of hire and rules not be adhered to. Please read these carefully to avoid any unnecessary charges. Please make sure the producer/person who booked is the first to arrive. Please ensure the producer/person responsible for the booking takes photos of the location so you know how to return it (these are also your proof of condition). BOOKING TIMES are the ENTRY and HARD OUT times. We ask that you plan your wrap time accordingly in order to return furniture, lamps etc to their original position by the end of your booking time. All furniture, plants, lamps etc MUST be put back in their original position. Please take all rubbish out (to be placed in large black bins at the end of clifford road- behind the black gates). Wash & dry any plates/cups/cutlery used and put away. CLEANING FEE: £50 NO SHOES: Protective shoe covers are provided and must be worn by all crew (in the basket by the front door)- Talent must have shoes taped and heels protectors on. NO STILETTOS NO SMOKING: inside the venue. Smoking only allowed in designated area outside (please dispose of cigarette butts safely & in the bin provided) NO DRUGS OR ALCOHOL OF ANY FORM: if this rule is broken the production will be shut down immediately with no refund given. LIFT, DO NOT DRAG FURNITURE, PROPS OR EQUIPMENT: protective coverings/tennis balls should be used for ALL equipment. CURTAINS: to remove the curtains OR add your own please discuss with the owner ahead of the production LIGHTBOX ‘WINDOW’: Extra care must be taken not to scratch this, please do not lean anything against it or position stands within falling distance into it. FOOD & DRINK: All crew eating and drinking to be restricted to the bar area only. NO CREW FOOD OR DRINK ALLOWED IN OTHER PARTS OF THE STUDIO NO DECORATING: without prior consent, including drilling or attaching things to the walls Absolutely NO drilling or nailing to the wall behind the sofa (this is an acoustically treated wall with expensive sand filled panels) ANIMALS: please ask permission for animals, they MUST be accompanied by a professional handler. No animals on the furniture or wooden floors. Please put all furniture, lights etc back into the the original position (if anything is moved during the shoot) NO NAKED FLAMES OR FIRE DO NOT REMOVE LIGHTS OR BULBS: if this is required please gain permission from the owner first. CLEANING: The Studio must be left clean, tidy and as you found it. All furniture, lights, plants etc must be put back in their original position and the carpet hoovered. Please allow for time to do this before the end of your hire time. All dishes/glasses/cups etc should be cleaned, dried and put away. DAMAGE: Please respect the space and be mindful not to cause any damage, all furniture is either bespoke made for the studio or vintage so care should be taken. In the unfortunate situation any damage is caused, report this to the location owner immediately. ALL DAMAGE MUST BE PAID FOR IN FULL WALK THROUGH: Please ensure that the Production Manager is available at the end of the hire to carry out a walk-around with a representative of the studio to jointly sign off that the space has been returned to its original state. NB: if you are locking up the studio yourselves…. IN LIEU of a walkthrough with the owner/location manager please send a clear walkthrough video to confirm the studio is left with all furniture/lamps/plants etc in original position to avoid any additional charges. RUBBISH: to be taken out of the studio and put in the large bins at the end of Clifford rd (behind the black gates) PLEASE NOTIFY ALL CREW OF RULES Thank you
