There's a decent sized entrance/front garden area and with neighbour's permission (which would be fine), equipment could be kept there during filming. There is a shared internal hallway with one neighbour, so this would have to remain clear. No shoes inside (aside from talent). No filming in bathroom (too small) or bedroom. Kitchen is possible, but it's cluttered. Everything must be put back to original place.
