Crew Shoe Policy: We kindly ask that crew members remove their shoes while on the premises. No tape or pins/nails of any kind to be used on the walls or doors, command strips only. If pins or nails are required then cost of redecoration (using our own decorator) can be agreed in advance. Leave it as you found it: We appreciate your cooperation in leaving the house in the same condition as you found it. Please take care of the furniture and decoration during your shoot to ensure everything remains in its original state. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. We kindly ask all guests and crew members to refrain from smoking anywhere on the property. Overtime Arrangements: If your shoot extends beyond the agreed-upon booking time, please note that overtime will be charged at a rate of 1.5 times the regular hourly rate. To avoid any confusion, please ensure that any overtime arrangements are confirmed and agreed upon before the additional shooting time begins.
