East London Warehouse Daylight Studio | 5m Ceilings, Characterful Dalston Daylight Studio with Wooden Floors

TERMS & CONDITIONS __ 1. Setting up and taking down must be done within your booking time or extra time will be charged. 2. You must vacate the studio by the end of your time slot or extra time will be charged. 3. Anything damaged/missing will be charged at full price plus administration/restock charge (£15 admin fee). 4. The Studio is not soundproof. 5. Smoking or drinking alcohol is not permitted in the studio. 6. The Studio must be left clean as you found it or a cleaning fee of £35 will be charged.
This means if the studio is not in a similar state as it was found in and requires excessive time to be tidied and cleaned we might charge a cleaning fee at our discretion
(if you want to make sure this doesn't happen please consult us before you leave) Overtime / Extras __ Colorama charge is £12/meter used. Any booking, which runs outside of the regular time slots, will be subject to an overtime x1.5 fee. Please include your set-up and pack-down hours in the hours booked !!! Colorama backdrops are charged £12 per meter when used on the floor. Minimum booking 6 hours.
