Please treat the space with care — many of the furniture pieces and objects are vintage originals that cannot be replaced. Maximum of 6 people on set at any time. Please let me know in advance if your crew will exceed this. No food or drinks near furniture or soft furnishings. A designated area for catering is available upon request. Furniture and objects may be moved or styled, but please return everything to its original position before leaving. Reference photos are encouraged. No smoking anywhere inside the flat or on the building's communal areas. No open flames, fog machines, or glitter. No pets. Shoots must finish and the space fully vacated by the agreed end time. Overtime will be charged. Any damage must be reported immediately and will be covered by the production's insurance.
