Bookings made are for the downstairs spaces - kitchen, dining, living room unless otherwise discussed. Requests for upstairs spaces may be accommodated with prior arrangement - please message to discuss your needs before booking. We’d be grateful if no outdoor shoes are worn on the carpets/stairs if the upstairs is part of your booking, thank you for your cooperation with this. A downstairs toilet will be yours to use for comfort breaks. If upstairs is part of your booking, we would be grateful if you could refrain from using the family bathroom and en suite for this purpose. Food and drink to be limited to the kitchen and dining spaces to prevent damages to the soft furnishings, thank you for understanding. A polite request to take smoking/vaping breaks off the property. A housecat lives here - he will reside in the loft bedroom for the duration of the booking. We would therefore be grateful if you would leave the top staircase onwards as private so as not to disturb him. Any use of sticky tape/adhesives on walls or floors, or fixings to plasterwork on walls or ceilings to be outlined before the booking is agreed. Many thanks in advance for this.
