Host lives at property full-time in master suite. NO SHOOTING OR FILMING in front of property or on street. Only inside and in backyard. FLOORS ARE HARDWOOD AND SCRATCH EASILY. Any equipment must have soft bases or wheels. No smoking cigarettes inside. Can smoke on back patio only as long as patio doors are shut. Cannabis for video prop purposes OK inside. Vapes always OK inside. Outside catering OK. Can use kitchen as long as left in clean condition or additional cleaning fees will be added. Garage and southeast wing Off-Limits to guests unless overnight garage storage agreed upon with Host. Alcohol use OK. Must bring your own. Bar alcohol is owned by host and to be used for shooting props and not drinking. Nudity OK.
