Exceptional living space

GENERAL RULES - Strictly no parties, loud music or large gatherings - we have residential neighbours on all sides - No access to the outdoor terrace after 10pm - Please do not use the gas BBQ for cooking or grilling on - Please do not move items outside or rearrange items/furniture without putting them back - everything must be returned where you found it - No smoking or vaping inside - No glitter or smoke machines OVERTIME Please give at least 30 minutes notice if you need extra time and it will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be left as it was found and vacated by the end time of your booking. Please do not arrive earlier than scheduled unless this has been prearranged. CLEANING/DAMAGES The cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition they found it. Please respect the property and tidy up afterwards, removing any equipment or items you bring in. You should factor this set-up and teardown time into your booking hours. No nails, screws or penetrating items can be used on the walls or surfaces. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be thoroughly removed with no trace. Damages to walls, floors, furniture, fabrics, furniture, etc, will be billed to the credit card on file.
