Booking arrangement Sunlight / Best time of day I have found the natural light to be best in the afternoon until before sunset. You are welcome to schedule an appointment to come see what time of day would work best for you booking. Overtime The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at rate of €50. Props Access to select props may be included, please ask. You may bring your own props. If you have large props there is a gate to the property that can be used instead of the main entrance. Guests & Pets Animals are permitted for photo sessions. Guests are required to clean up any pet waste and carry it out with them or properly dispose of it in a tied bag. Cleaning / damages Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guest must remove any equipment or props brought in. Be sure to factor setup and teardown time into your booking hours. No nails, screws, staples, etc. should be used on any surface. Any tape or gummy backing materials must be properly removed. The cost of any damages are your responsibility. Furniture Please notify me at least 48 hours in advance if you need me to move any of the furniture to suit your needs. This may not be an available service and you may need to move them yourself if I’m unable to do so. Miscellaneous Smoking is permitted on the property only in designated area. No glitter or confetti. Parking We have two designated parking areas. First can accommodate up to 3 cars, the second have 8 parking spaces. Cancellation & Inclement weather Booking fees are refundable for up to 3 days before scheduled date. In case of unsuitable weather conditions the booking can be reschedule free of charge - subject to premises availability. Liability Guests agree to not hold legal action against Casa con Arte for any injuries that may occur on location before, during or after the booked event. Guests agree to hold Casa con Arte entirely free from liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of the reason or circumstances. Photographers must have their own liability insurance.
