Every shoot, rate, date, access hour (including prep and strike), crew/cast size and permitted use requires prior written owner approval. All Scouty enquiries and bookings must remain on the platform. Holiday bookings take priority over unconfirmed enquiries. No smoking, vaping or private parties. Respect neighbours; noise, exterior activity and early/late hours require written agreement. No painting, fixings, alterations, furniture/artwork moves or set dressing without specific written approval and agreed reinstatement. Animals, nudity/adult content, smoke/haze, flame, drones, special effects and kitchen catering must be disclosed in advance and separately agreed, subject to Scouty’s rules. This is an older townhouse with many stairs and no lift. Original timber floorboards can be uneven and may splinter: wear clean indoor shoes or suitable protective footwear. Use agreed floor and surface protection. Assess equipment sizes, stair turns, cable routes and access at a recce. Production must provide suitable insurance documentation before access. Agree security deposit, cancellation, overtime, waste removal, cleaning and handover before booking. Photograph condition at arrival and departure and report damage promptly within Scouty’s deadlines. Leave the property clean and reinstated. Public beach, road or pavement use requires separate permission. Overnight accommodation requires separate agreement; sleeping capacity is not a crew limit.
