Welcome to our home! We’re thrilled to host you. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone, we kindly ask that you follow these house rules: • No Smoking: This is a smoke-free property. Smoking is not permitted inside or outside the immediate vicinity of the building • Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum between 10pm and 9am. • Safety and Security: Always lock doors and windows when you leave the house. Do not share the key code or keys with anyone outside your party. • Cleanliness: Maintain the cleanliness of the home during your stay. Use the provided bins for rubbish. • We do not tolerate the use of marijuana or any other drug whilst in our property. • Fireworks and BBQ's are not permitted at the property. • Please do not move or stand on the furniture • The person who has made the reservation must be the person who is staying at our property unless prior consent is granted. • Unless prior consent is confirmed for a late checkout, late checkouts will be charged £50 per hour. • The total number of guests staying at the property must be confirmed at the time of booking. If you need to make an amendment prior to your stay and add an additional guest/s, please let us know. • Unauthorised guests staying overnight at the property are not allowed. • Please keep noise to a minimum and respect our neighbours. * We do not allow pets at this property Before you leave Please do the dishes,or please load the dishwasher and turn it on before you go, we can do the putting away. Our laundry is professionally laundered, we hope you enjoyed the smooth sheets and fluffy towels. So no need to make or strip your beds and you can leave the towels on the floor.
