Grade II-Listed Victorian Courthouse & Courtyard in Central London

House Rules Booked Hours: Your booking time must include setup, load-in, pack-down, and cleanup. Overtime will be charged at 1.5x our standard hourly rate for any crew remaining on-site past the agreed end time. Respect for the Venue: This is a Grade II-listed building and an active Buddhist community centre. Please maintain reasonable sound levels in communal areas and show respect for the space. Footwear Policy: Shoes are strictly prohibited inside designated meditation areas (such as the main Shrine Room). Soft indoor shoes or shoe covers must be worn in historic areas if heavy equipment is being moved. Property & Floor Protection: All heavy equipment, light stands, camera tracks, and stiletto heels must use protective tennis balls, rubber feet, or layout mats to prevent damage to our historic parquet and timber flooring. No Smoking, Alcohol, or Drugs: Smoking (including e-cigarettes/vaping) and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited anywhere inside the building or in the outdoor courtyard. Load-In & Parking: Ground-floor access is available for load-in. Please coordinate arrival times in advance so we can clear the courtyard entrance. On-site parking is limited and must be requested prior to booking. Care & Cleanliness: Please leave the space in the exact condition you found it. All rubbish must be bagged, tied, and disposed of in designated bins, or taken with you at the end of the hire. Walls & Decor: No nails, screws, tape, or adhesives may be applied to any painted or historic wooden surfaces. Command strips or free-standing stands only. Catering: Vegetarian/vegan catering only on-site. Outside catering is welcome, but no meat or fish products are permitted on the premises.
