Bookings are for the agreed ground floor activation space only. Use of the cyclorama studio, underground car park, additional floors, breakout rooms, frontage, café area or wider building spaces must be agreed separately in advance. Street access and loading may be available, subject to coordination with the venue team. Please provide details of crew size, guest numbers, suppliers, equipment, props, vehicles, set build, catering, technical requirements and load-in / load-out timings before the booking. AV, lighting, technical support, production equipment, furniture, staffing and additional areas may be available as add-ons and are not included unless confirmed in writing. The space must be left in the same condition it was found. Any set build, drilling, fixing to walls, repainting, use of smoke/haze, liquids, glitter, confetti, food preparation, alcohol service, amplified sound, ticketed activity or public-facing event must be approved in advance. All productions and events must respect other tenants and users in the building. Noise levels, shared access routes, fire exits and common areas must be managed responsibly at all times. Any damage to the floor, walls, fixtures, fittings, artworks, equipment or building infrastructure will be charged to the booking party.
