HOUSE RULES 1. Food & Drink No food or drinks inside the rooms. This is strictly enforced due to past accidents. Plenty of cafés and eateries are available around the venue, including one directly across the street. Please consume all food and beverages off-site. 2. Furniture, Antiques & Décor Do not move furniture, antiques, mirrors, or the bath under any circumstances unless supervised and explicitly approved. Absolutely no dragging of furniture or equipment. Nothing may touch the murals, columns, canopies, pelmets, or curtain rails. Ends of the walnut room bench are not suitable for climbing. No leaning on the columns. 3. Equipment Handling All tripods, lighting stands, or grip equipment must have padded feet (e.g., tennis balls) to protect the floors. Be careful with bags, suitcases, and cases to avoid damaging artefacts and surfaces. Smoke machines and vaping are allowed. Candles allowed only under supervision. 4. Capacity & Conduct Maximum 7 people inside the venue at any one time. Only bring the necessary number of people for the booked slot. No smoking or drug use anywhere on the premises. Nudity is allowed. No milling or waiting in communal areas — please go directly in and out. Respect neighbours and the building at all times. 5. Timekeeping & Bookings Please keep strictly within your booked time slot. If additional time is needed, it must be booked in advance. Cancellations are non-refundable outside the platform policy. 6. Footwear No shoes on the parquet flooring unless specifically approved for fashion/editorial purposes.
