The house and land rules are to respect this unique space inside and out. No unattended candles or fires . No changes to settings on the Rayburn that heats the house and water. Its a very warm house , underfloor heating throughout, with plenty of hot water. You can paint or change the walls that are not timber or lime plaster and they must be put back to original finish.
