High Ceiling Creative Studio & Multipurpose - Period Building

1. Booking Time Includes Set-Up & Pack-Down Please book enough time for setup, styling, load-in and pack-down. If you run over your slot, overtime will be charged in 30-minute increments. 2. No Excessive Noise Music is fine at a reasonable level. No parties, raves, or high-volume activity unless agreed in advance. 4. No Moving Heavy Fixtures Without Permission Furniture can be rearranged with care, but: Do not drag anything across the floor Do not move fixed items, radiators, pipes or wall fixtures Return all items to their original position before leaving 5. Maximum Capacity Unless otherwise agreed, the space allows up to 10 people at one time. Larger groups must be approved prior to booking. 6. Protect the Space Use protection under makeup, liquids, paints, glitter, or anything that can stain. Any damage will be charged to the hirer. 7. Children & Pets Allowed only with prior approval and must be supervised at all times. 8. No Screws, Nails or Adhesive Hooks No attaching anything to the walls unless cleared in writing. 9. Respect the Neighbours Keep the front area clear and avoid blocking pavements or doorways. Cleaning Fee A cleaning fee of £50 is taken on the day of your booking, unless the Manager confirms this is waived in advance. This covers: Reset of the studio Waste removal Bathroom & kitchenette cleaning Sweeping & general maintenance If the space is left in poor condition or requires deeper cleaning, an additional charge will apply.
