House Rules / Property Policies Dogs are welcome (£25 per dog, with treats provided on arrival). Children are welcome, with travel cots and high chairs available on request. Hen and stag groups are considered by prior agreement only. Guests are required to pay a refundable accidental damage deposit of £1000 before their stay. The property benefits from private gated access and free on-site parking. Location Rules Filming, photography and events subject to owner approval. Respect for neighbouring properties and the surrounding coastal environment. No excessive noise outside agreed production hours. Pets permitted by arrangement. Children permitted on site under supervision. Care must be taken when filming in garden, hot tub and coastal-facing areas. Any damage caused during hire must be reported immediately and may incur additional charges.
