Historic Craftsman & Transam Bandit

NO smoking in the building please. If you choose to smoke or vape please do so in the backyard area with the back door closed. No alcohol, beer, or wine permitted unless discussed and negotiated beforehand. Catering is allowed. Can provide if my chef is available on your desired date. Can provide crafts services as well. Time frame booked includes set up and load out. If there are smoke machines being used, notification will be necessary. No animals permitted on property. No burning candles unless given permission. All trash to be hauled off property. No Glitter. Curfew is 10pm. Items not to be moved include: The bed and Large mirror on dresser in bedroom. Any wall hangings must be approved to be moved beforehand. For all other furniture that needs to be moved please lift and move rather than scoot and return to it's original location. Our glassware in the glass cabinets in the sunroom are off limits. Please handle our home with tender love and care. I live here and hope you adore it as much as I do. For "The Bandit" car rental...This car will be an add on to your rental of the home. You will not be permitted to drive the car unless there is a special exemption. But the owner can drive clients short distances once on site. I will require an additional fee for shoots in areas outside of a 10 mile radius of downtown Nashville. Thank you!
