House Rules: KVM Studios, Arch 201 Welcome to KVM Studios! We're glad you're considering our space for your shoot. To keep things running smoothly for everyone, please stick to the following: 1. Booking & Time Management Your booking includes setup and takedown time - please build this into your slot Arrive and leave within your booked hours; extensions are subject to availability and must be agreed in advance No access before 6am or after 8pm without prior agreement 2. Studio Care & Respect Treat the space, walls, and floor with care — this is a working brick arch, not a soundproofed studio Nothing may be fixed, drilled, or taped to the brickwork or walls No paint, marker, or adhesive residue left behind - freestanding backdrops and rigging only 3. Fire & Safety No naked flames, candles, pyrotechnics, or fire effects No smoking anywhere inside the unit No gas cylinders, propane heaters, or combustible materials (pallets, baled fabric, etc.) brought on site Keep the entrance/fire exit clear at all times 4. Noise & Neighbours Please be considerate - this is a working railway arch estate with neighbouring units No heavily amplified music or noise likely to disturb others No large gatherings or anti-social behaviour on site or outside 5. Equipment & Electrics Use fitted electrical outlets only - no extension leads run as permanent wiring Any rigging or lighting stands must be freestanding; nothing suspended from the arch Don't overload the floor with heavy vehicles or equipment 6. Leaving the Space Remove all rubbish, packaging, and equipment at the end of your session Report any damage immediately - you'll be responsible for the cost of repairs Leave the space and toilet as you found them 7. Liability You use the space and your own equipment at your own risk No claims can be made for noise, vibration, or dust from the railway above — this is a normal part of the building
