The House is accessed via a private driveway (not owned by us) and then by a gravel drive which is owned by us. Please film within boundaries of our driveway and garden / house in consideration of neighbours. Keep hot drinks in kitchen. All rubbish must be taken away from location at end of shoot, and any damage paid for. I am happy to provide props if needed and am a very flexible host. We ask for a small cleaning fee in addition to the hire cost, unless the hirer wants to do this themselves, or is micro sized crew. Once on our property there is parking space for 8 vehicles. No smoking.
