House Rules & Hire Conditions We are pleased to offer the property as a filming and photography location. To ensure a professional and respectful working environment, the following conditions apply to all bookings: Property Care & Responsibility The property must be treated with the utmost care and respect at all times A designated member of the production team must be responsible for the location throughout the hire The property is to be returned in the same condition as provided Access & Use Access is strictly limited to areas agreed in advance Crew size must be confirmed prior to booking and adhered to on the day Any additional access or changes must be approved in advance Set Dressing & Alterations Any movement of furniture or dressing of the space must be agreed beforehand No drilling, fixing, or alterations to walls, surfaces, or fixtures without prior written consent Appropriate protection (e.g. floor coverings, padding) must be used where necessary Sound & Neighbour Consideration The property is located within a residential area and consideration for neighbours is essential Noise levels must be kept to a minimum, particularly during early morning and evening hours Disruptive activity is not permitted Parking & Logistics All parking arrangements must be planned in advance and comply with local regulations Access to neighbouring properties, pavements, and driveways must remain unobstructed Larger vehicles or technical requirements must be discussed ahead of time Cleaning & Waste Management The production is responsible for removing all waste generated during the hire The property must be left clean, tidy, and fully reset at wrap Insurance & Liability Valid public liability insurance is required and must be provided upon request Any damage must be reported immediately and will be chargeable Timings & Overtime Access times must be agreed in advance and adhered to Overtime is subject to availability and may incur additional charges
