Light-Filled Neutral Ibiza-Inspired Apartment with Two Roof Terraces

Please leave the apartment clean, tidy and as it was found. No smoking or vaping is permitted. Shoes must be removed indoors or clean protective overshoes worn, although shoes are permitted on the roof terraces. All access routes and floors must be protected with Correx before load-in, equipment and props must be padded, and nothing should be dragged. Furniture and artwork may only be moved with prior agreement and must be returned to their original positions. No painting, drilling, adhesives, fixings or other alterations are permitted without written approval. Food and drink should remain within the kitchen and dining areas. Crew size, timings, animals, children, special effects, smoke, flames, wet work, drones and amplified music must all be agreed in advance. Please respect neighbours and communal areas, keep noise reasonable and access routes clear. Do not climb or sit on the terrace parapets, and protect the decking from hot or heavy equipment. Any spills, breakages or damage must be reported immediately, all rubbish must be removed, and the hirer will be responsible for any damage caused during the booking.
