House Rules * The property must be treated with care and respect at all times. * Shoes must be removed or covered where appropriate to protect the flooring. * No smoking or vaping inside the property. * No parties or events without prior written permission. * No pets unless agreed in advance. * Furniture and decorative items must not be moved without prior approval. * Any furniture or equipment moved during a booking must be returned to its original position. * No drilling, nailing, painting or alterations to walls or fixtures. * All equipment, props and personal belongings must be removed at the end of the booking. * The property must be left clean and tidy, in the condition it was found. * Only the agreed number of guests and crew members may attend. * No filming or photography of neighbouring properties or residents without permission. * Any damage must be reported immediately. * Access to the property is strictly limited to the agreed booking hours. Additional Information The property is a private residential home. Please respect the surrounding neighbours and keep noise to a reasonable level, particularly during early mornings and evenings.
